Planets beyond Pluto?

A recent article I came across via Twitter suggested that there could be at least two planets outside Pluto's orbit (again, Pluto is not a planet!) based on gravitational perturbations on Trans-Neptunian Objects.

Just a couple of highlights:
  • Astronomers think that their could be at least two planets beyond Pluto's orbit causing these changes.
  • The TNOs have high inclinations (>20°) with a large dispersion of semi-major axes (150 AU to 525 AU). Based on observational analysis, they should orbit in the plane of the solar system with semi-major axes of 150 AU.
